This armband is awesome, My phone slides in and out of the case easily when not working out but doesn't move when I'm running. It has a long enough band that most people can use the band. Its adjustable and easy to use! The only downside to the armband is that you cannot use your own phone case in it, you have to use the one it comes with. My phone case is very difficult to take on and off so I used this for about a week and use it when I go on long runs and do not want to carry my phone. Overall, this is a excellent product!
